Intro

The instructions in this section cover the structure of the Design Series section and the specific ways it has been set up to be edited. The procedures described are for large batch editing of a series.

Three levels

We can think of the Design Series as having three levels:

• The Object level
  particular design objects, eg. Spatial Calligraphy – Brazilian stone & sea bamboo
• The Series level
  design object sets, eg. ‘Dint’ or ‘Deconstructed’
• The Design Series level
  the design collection, i.e. the ‘Design Series’ section on the front page

In this section we will work from the Object level up to the Design Series level.

Portfolio Tags and Categories

Portfolio Tags are used to set the type of object items to be called in Object and Series levels.
Tags can be created and edited either in Quick Edit, or in the Item edit view, or in the Portfolio Tags editor – under ‘Portfolio’ in the left-hand menu.

Portfolio Categories are used to set the type of object items to be called in the Design Series level.
Categories can be created and edited also in Quick Edit or in Item edit, or in the Portfolio Categories editor – also under ‘Portfolio’ in the left-hand menu.
