The Dint series
Every form is created by pressing individual pieces together while still soft. Therefore every piece has an imprint of another few pieces.
This is something that I believe reflects the reality of our own individuality.

Each form is thrown on the potter’s wheel using translucent porcelain clay. When the lights are unlit they have an even cool white colour.
When lit from the inside they emit a warm honey glow, the striations are from the process of wheel throwing producing an effect reminiscent of a planet.
The Dint vessels are made of a number of individual porcelain forms fused together. They talk of the diversity created by thinking independently, yet together.
